Deposit

A $150 deposit is required to reserve your overnight care date. This deposit is non-refundable and applied toward your total $500 session fee.

For daytime hourly care, payment is due at time of booking or before your first session.

Cancellation Notice

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)

• Overnight care: full session fee of $500 applies

• Daytime care: hourly rate applies for the scheduled hours

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, any payment made for that visit (other than the $150 overnight deposit) becomes a credit toward a future visit. Credits must be used within 60 days.

No-Shows

If I arrive and can't reach you, the full scheduled fee applies.

Rescheduling

Newborn life is unpredictable — one reschedule is included at no charge with proper notice.

If I Need to Cancel

In the rare event I have to cancel a shift, I'll do my best to give you as much notice as possible and help find a solution.
