About

Hello! My name is Nicole, and I’m the founder of Sacred Nurture Doula Care — a wife, mother, grandmother, and a woman who has given birth five times herself.

All five of my pregnancies were high risk. I had questions I didn’t know how to ask, and moments when I wished someone had been there to speak up beside me. When I came home, so much of what my body was doing came as a surprise. Nobody had told me what to expect, or that what I was feeling had a name and that other mothers felt it too.

I’ve also watched women I love come home to a quiet house with no one to lean on — rising the next morning to be a mother, a wife, a worker, all of it, running on empty.

That’s what brought me to this work.

Once the baby arrives, everyone gathers around the little one — and that’s beautiful. But somewhere in all of it, the mother often gets set down. She’s the one who just did the hardest thing, and she’s often the last one anybody asks about. I will not let that happen on my watch.

I bring a gentle, unhurried presence. There’s no rush, no judgment, and nothing you need to be but yourself.

My work is focused on postpartum care - the fourth trimester, when mothers need it most and get it least.

I am a Certified Postpartum Doula (CPD) through Lifespan Doulas. I am also CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross for adults, children, and infants, a NAPS Certified Night Doula, a Cribs for Kids Safe Sleep Ambassador, and I hold a Sexual & Reproductive Health certificate through NSRH. This is training I sought out so every family I walk with gets care they can trust.

All families are welcome here, no matter your background or beliefs, including LGBTQ+ families.

I would be honored to walk with you 🌼
