I provide emotional, physical, and informational support in the weeks after your baby arrives. That means feeding support, newborn care so you can rest, help finding your rhythm at home, and someone who listens. I’m non-medical, so I don’t take vitals, perform exams, or give medical advice. Your doctor or midwife handles your medical care. I handle you.

Let’s talk. Consultations are free and there’s no pressure. Ask me anything — that conversation alone often helps people figure out what they need.

Yes. Overnight care means I’m with the baby from 10pm to 6am so you can sleep. I handle feeds, diapers, and settling, and I bring the baby to you if you’re nursing. Eight hours, $500 per night.

Never. I’m there to support both of you. Partners are often just as exhausted and just as unsure of what they’re doing. I can show you both what I know, take a shift so you can rest together, and step back when you’ve got it. Having a doula should let your partner be more present, not less.

Any time. Many families book during pregnancy so support is lined up before the baby comes. Others call me in the first weeks at home, once they realize how much they need the help. Both work. If you need support, it’s not too late.
